The <BODY> ... </BODY> tags delimit the body of an HTML document and contains the content and layout information.

Suggested style/usage:

<BODY> ... </BODY> has only one use: to set off the body of an HTML document. It is an explicit structure tag that is required for strictly-interpreted HTML.
